Mewcats has one of the widest ranges of cat gear we've seen in a single store, from $15 collars to $2,000+ panoramic cat villas, and its best sellers show strong ratings on the store (4.88–5.0). But the store itself is thinly documented: support is a Gmail address and a +86 phone number in Ningbo, China, shipping information contradicts itself, there's no warranty policy, and returning a bulky cat tree to China at your own cost could be expensive. Product photos also show other brands' names, so you're likely buying from a reseller rather than the manufacturer. Fine for patient buyers who are sure of what they want; not the place for an easy return.

Prices often end in odd cents (for example $282.82 or $548.59), and many products show a higher "compare at" price.
Who makes the products?
Mewcats lists itself as the vendor, but some product photos show other brand names, such as "BoSiMao" on a stroller and "BELLO" on another, and several cat furniture items are labeled JCAT. That suggests Mewcats resells products from other manufacturers. That isn't unusual, but it means Mewcats' own after-sales support matters.
Best sellers and ratings

Independent feedback is thin: Mewcats' Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and has only 5 reviews (3.9/5), which is too few to draw conclusions.
Shipping: contradictory information
Mewcats publishes two different pictures:
- Shipping policy: processing 1–3 days, then standard shipping 7–15 business days or free shipping 20–40 business days. It still mentions Coronavirus delays.
- FAQ: free shipping to over 200 countries, in-stock items ship within 2 working days, and no extra shipping, customs or duties fees.
The store also has a $45 "Shipping Fee Link" product to pay extra shipping costs agreed with customer service. For a large cat tree or villa, ask about shipping costs, delivery time and duties before ordering.
Returns: read before buying
- 30 days from purchase; items must be unused, in original packaging.
- Serious quality problems: Mewcats says it pays return shipping. Damaged packaging affecting use: free replacement or resend.
- Changed your mind: you pay return shipping, which could be costly for a bulky item going back to China.
- Non-returnable: sale items, custom products (such as made-to-order cat doors) and gift cards.
- Cancellations: 5% fee before dispatch; no cancellations after dispatch. (The FAQ separately says you can cancel within 12 hours.)
- Refunds: within 10 business days of approval.
- Lost packages: reported in time, Mewcats reships free if the carrier declares a loss.
- EU customers get a 14-day cooling-off period.
We couldn't find a published warranty policy.
Who should buy from Mewcats?
A good fit if you:
- Want an unusual cat stroller, cat tree or piece of cat furniture you can't easily find elsewhere.
- Can wait several weeks and are confident about size and fit before ordering.
Think twice if you:
- Might want to return a large item.
- Need fast delivery or local after-sales support.
