Our verdict
Douk Audio is the sister brand of Nobsound, the Chinese maker behind the NS-01G mini amp, and sells budget hi-fi gear direct: TPA3255 class D amps, tube hybrid amps, VU meter speaker switchers, preamps and USB digital interfaces. Prices are low (the best-selling A5 amp is $89.99), store ratings are good (4.4–4.8 across the best sellers) and the site lists real company details, a 24-month warranty page and duties included at checkout for most countries. The catches: '300W×2' headlines are maximum figures, and the rated power with the included 32V adapter is 78W per channel into 4 ohms; the returns page doesn't spell out who pays return shipping when you change your mind, an older policy page still says 1-year warranty, and Trustpilot has only two reviews.

Overview
Douk Audio sells budget hi-fi gear direct from its own store, alongside its sister brands Nobsound and Little Bear. According to its About page, the team launched Nobsound's NS-01G mini amp in 2013, then started Douk Audio and built its own manufacturing. The store sells class D and tube amplifiers, preamps, VU meters, speaker and amp switchers, USB digital interfaces and power supplies, plus a collaboration brand, Ampapa.
This review is based on Douk Audio's product pages, policies and store ratings as of October 2026. We haven't tested Douk Audio gear ourselves.
Prices
Douk Audio is a budget brand. Its five best sellers range from $69.99 (U2 PRO digital interface) to $199.99 (Ampapa D1 amp). Several amps come in two power-supply versions: the A5 is $89.99 with a 32V/5A adapter or $109.99 with a 48V/5A adapter, and the bigger adapter gives noticeably more power (see below).
Best sellers
Sorted by best-selling on Douk Audio's store in October 2026:
- Douk Audio A5 ($89.99): TPA3255 class D stereo amp with an adjustable 30–200Hz high-pass filter and swappable op-amps. 4.8/5 (39 reviews).
- VU3PRO (from $149.99): 2-in, 2-out amp and speaker switcher with large VU meters. 4.8/5 (45).
- ST-01 PRO ($109.99): tube hybrid amp with Bluetooth, USB DAC, coaxial and optical inputs and a VU meter. 4.7/5 (48).
- Ampapa D1 ($199.99): an Ampapa × Douk amp based on the A5, adding a digital VU screen, aptX HD Bluetooth, tone controls and a remote. 4.4/5 (53).
- U2 PRO (from $69.99): XMOS XU316 USB-to-coaxial/optical/I2S digital interface. 4.6/5 (39).
All five are compared in our best Douk Audio products guide.
About those power numbers
Many Douk Audio amps are headlined at "300W×2". That's the chip's maximum output. Douk's own power tables are more useful: the A5 delivers 78W per channel into 4 ohms with the included 32V/5A adapter, 107W with a 36V/6A supply and 120W with a 48V/5A supply. That's still plenty for typical bookshelf speakers, but compare the rated numbers, not the headline, when you shop.
Ratings
Store reviews (Judge.me) are good across the best sellers: 4.4 to 4.8 out of 5, with 17 to 53 reviews per product. Douk's Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and has only two reviews (both 5-star, TrustScore 3.8), so there's little independent feedback on the store itself.
Shipping
- Ships to nearly 200 countries from multiple warehouses.
- Orders are usually processed by the next business day.
- International delivery is typically 2–8 business days.
- Duties, taxes and customs fees are included at checkout unless otherwise noted.
- Douk isn't responsible for packages marked delivered without third-party confirmation, so give a complete address.
Returns and warranty
- Returns: request within 30 days of delivery; returns need approval first and must ship back within 7 days. Items must be complete, in original packaging and in good condition, or you may get a partial refund.
- Fees: original shipping, duties and taxes aren't refunded unless Douk made an error. The returns page doesn't say who pays return shipping on change-of-mind returns; an older refund page lists "don't like the item" as outside free after-sale service, so plan to pay it.
- Warranty: the 24-month warranty page covers manufacturing defects with free repair or replacement and free two-way shipping. Accidental damage, DIY modifications and misuse aren't covered. The older refund page still says 1-year warranty, which is inconsistent.
- Purchases elsewhere (Amazon, dealers) follow that seller's policy.
Who should buy
- Yes: anyone building an affordable stereo with passive speakers, adding Bluetooth or tubes to a desk or turntable setup, or who enjoys swapping op-amps and tubes.
- Think twice: if you want a big-brand dealer network, local returns, or official specs measured by a third party.
The bottom line
Douk Audio offers a lot of hi-fi features for the money, with good store ratings, listed company details, duties included and a 24-month warranty page. Read power ratings carefully, and know that change-of-mind returns likely cost you shipping. Our verdict: 7.6/10. For the most popular amp, see our Douk Audio A5 review and A5 vs A5 PRO.
