Check Price on Brightin StarHow we chose and ranked
We used Brightin Star's best-selling sort, skipped accessories and add-ons (surprise box, warranty, shipping insurance, bags and filters), and kept the top five lenses in that order. Image quality can't be judged from a listing, so instead of scores we compare format, mounts, key specs, price and the rating shown on the Brightin Star store. We haven't used these lenses ourselves.

How to choose a Brightin Star lens
1. Match the format to your camera
- APS-C (Fuji X, Sony a6000-series/ZV-E10, Nikon Z50, Canon R50, EOS-M): the 35mm F0.95 and 10mm fisheye are made for you.
- Full-frame (Sony a7, Nikon Z5/Z6, Canon R6, L-mount): pick the 35mm F1.4 or the 9mm F5.6.
- Leica M: the 28mm F2.8 pancake mounts natively; other systems need the adapter kit.
2. Be sure about the mount
Brightin Star charges a 40% restocking fee (plus shipping both ways) if you order the wrong mount or model. Check twice before checkout.
3. Be ready for manual focus
All five are manual focus. Turn on your camera's "release without lens" setting and use focus peaking. The 10mm fisheye is designed for hyperfocal shooting, so it barely needs focusing.
