Its best sellers are small gold-tone women's quartz watches around $65–$70 and men's automatic divers and titanium field watches from about $71 to $140, many with Japanese Miyota or Seiko NH35 movements, sapphire crystals and listed specs like 200 m water resistance. Prices are low for those specs. The catches: problems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to count as defects, change-of-mind returns (30 days) are at your cost, customized watches can't be returned, international buyers pay import duties, the site shows inflated 'compare at' prices, and Trustpilot has only 14 reviews (3.6/5) with complaints about slow refunds. Berny (styled BERNY) is a budget watch brand based in Shenzhen, China. Its site lists BERNY HK CO LIMITED in Hong Kong and Shenzhen BERNY Industrial Co., Ltd., and it also runs official stores on Amazon, AliExpress and TikTok Shop. The range covers small gold-tone women's quartz watches, men's automatic dive watches, titanium field watches and watches with a custom dial.
This review covers prices, best sellers, specs, ratings, shipping, returns and warranty, based on Berny's store and policies as of October 2026. We haven't worn these watches ourselves.
What you get for the money
Per Berny's product pages, its best sellers offer:
- Japanese movements: Miyota 8215 and Seiko NH35 automatics, and Miyota/Japanese quartz.
- Sapphire crystals on the divers and field watches; mineral glass on the women's dress watches.
- 200 m (20 ATM) water resistance on the automatic divers, 50 m on the titanium field watch, 30 m on the dress watches.
- Titanium cases on the field watches (the T2596M weighs a listed 37 g).
- "Super" luminous markers on the sports watches.
- Custom dials and casebacks on some models (your own logo, name or design; no other brands' logos).
Berny shows strike-through "compare at" prices (for example $299.90 next to the AM339M's $139.99). Judge the actual price, not the discount.
Watch out for fakes: Berny says counterfeit websites impersonate it and that its only official site is bernywatch.com.

Ratings: very few independent reviews
Trustpilot shows 3.6/5 from just 14 reviews: 50% 5-star and 29% 1-star. Positive reviews mention design, value and accurate timekeeping; negative ones describe slow or unconfirmed refunds, an unanswered support request and a movement problem after seven months. Berny replies to negative reviews, but Trustpilot says replies often take over a month. Fourteen reviews is too few to judge a brand.
Shipping
- Berny's banner promises free shipping and "fast delivery", but its shipping policy doesn't state delivery times.
- It ships to P.O. boxes via USPS (no expedited shipping to P.O. boxes).
- International orders: you pay import taxes and duties on top of the price.
- Double-check your address: Berny isn't responsible for parcels lost due to address errors.
Returns and warranty: read carefully
- Change of mind: return within 30 days of delivery; you pay return shipping. The watch must be unused, in original condition with all packaging, tags and gifts.
- Defects, damage or wrong item: you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. After that, Berny says it will consider the product in perfect condition. Inspect your watch the day it arrives.
- Not returnable: customized watches, items from non-returnable promotions, products bought elsewhere, and used or third-party-repaired watches.
- No exchanges: place a new order and return the first.
- Refunds can be reduced if you used a bundle or free-shipping promotion, and duties charged to Berny are deducted.
- Warranty: 12 months from purchase for manufacturing defects; paid repairs after that. Battery replacement, scratches and accidents aren't covered.
Who should buy Berny?
A good fit if you:
- Want a pretty gold dress watch or a Japanese-movement automatic for well under $150.
- Like the idea of a custom-dial watch as a gift.
- Will inspect the watch on delivery day and keep the box for 30 days.
Think twice if you:
- Might not check your parcel straight away (the 24-hour defect window is very short).
- Want an easy exchange for a different size or colour.
- Live outside the US and don't want to pay import duties.
The bottom line
Berny offers a lot of watch for the money: Miyota and Seiko automatics, sapphire crystals and titanium cases at budget prices, plus inexpensive gold dress watches. But its return rules are strict (especially the 24-hour defect window), independent feedback is thin and the discounts are presented with inflated list prices.
